About Rovinj
Rovinj is a town in Croatia located on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, the biggest Adriatic peninsula which is 45 01' in latitude and 13 38' in longitude east of Greenwich. This beautiful city is a popular tourist resort and an active fishing port, surrounded by islands and islets. The city region is a 142 km2 and it has about 12.000 residents. Rovinj is an important historical and cultural Istrian center.
